Jena is an incredible realtor, and I have already her to several friends who feel the same way. She is responsive and attentive to all kinds of needs and concerns, super informative and helpful through the stressful process of buying a home for the first time, and also just plain fun to be around and work with. Jena works hard to take care of her clients and to be actively involved in the process--I cannot recommend her more. I have heard horror stories friends about their Houston area realtors, and when I tell them about Jena, they are blown away by the wonderful treatment we received.

Jena was fantastic to work with! I had a very limited window during a visit from another city to find a home and place an offer coincident with a work relocation, and Jena and her team made the process so easy. She took care of everything, including attending things like home inspections while I was still in another city, and she often sent reminder emails and texts of next steps in the process to make sure nothing was forgotten. I was a first time home buyer, and had a lot of questions throughout the process, and she and her team were incredibly patient in answering them timely to put my mind at ease. Overall I had a great experience, and have even already referred her to other family/friends moving to the same area!

She literally took care of all the details as far as the inspections, the paperwork with the loan officer and all other misc issues that come along with purchasing a home. She stayed on top of the loan officers, inspectors and myself and made sure no deadline was missed. Johanna has her clients best interest in mind as well. I was looking for at a 2 million dollar home which I really liked however Johanna showed me all the resale value of the home as well as other details made that particular home a frivolous purchase. We decided on a cheaper home but it became my dream home which I purchased at 1.46 million which the buyers had listed for 1.6 million. Johanna pulled all the comps for the home, similar homes in the vicinity which had recently sold as well as various other tactics to convince the buyers to sell the home at a much lower rate, 100 K under appraised value. She also went above and beyond to make the process smooth for us, including arranging a house cleaner for us when we moved out, helping me pack, and meeting me near our new house IN A NEW CITY to resolve an issue we had.
